We test what’s weak and what’s stuck.
Not a generic sheet of exercises: a targeted strength and mobility program built for your body and progressed every step, until the pain is gone and it stays gone.
What It Is
You’ve probably been handed a sheet of exercises before. Same ten moves, same reps, no idea if they’re working. That’s not this.
Therapeutic exercise here is a targeted program, built from your cause-first evaluation and progressed as you get stronger. Each movement has a job: restore the motion you lost, load the tissue that’s healing, and rebuild the strength that keeps pain from coming back.
You’ll always know where you are. The plan moves through four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent, each with a job and a way to know you’ve earned the next one. You’re the type who shows up and does the work. Give that effort a program that actually points somewhere.
One-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit
What It Helps
Almost every lasting recovery runs through the right exercise at the right time. Skip it, and the pain that quiets down with rest comes right back the moment life picks up again.

Questions, Answered
The moves might look familiar. The difference is why, when, and how much. Your program is built from a cause-first evaluation and progressed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy as you improve, so you’re never guessing whether it’s the right exercise or the right dose. That’s what turns effort into results.
Done right, no. We start at a level your body can handle and build from there, and your Doctor of Physical Therapy watches every rep. A little effort is expected. Sharp or lasting pain is not, and we adjust the plan the moment you feel it. You’re guided the whole way.
You’ll get a plan with an endpoint, not an open-ended schedule. After your first visit, your Doctor of Physical Therapy gives you an honest estimate of how many sessions it should take, and the goal is always to get you strong enough that you don’t need us.
